Chocolate chip cookies

Serves Fourteen

Easy to make, delicious dairy-free choc chip cookies


Butter1/2 cup or 115 grams
Brown sugar1/2 cup
Milk1/4 cup
Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
Plain white flour1 1/2 cups
Almond flour1/2 cup
Baking soda1 teaspoon
Baking powder1 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Cocoa nibs1 cup


1Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius or gas mark 4
2Cream the Butta and brown sugar and add milk and vanilla essense
3In a separate bowl mix together all the dry ingredients
4Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and fold in the cocoa nibs
5Prepare baking trays with parchment sheet or rub with Butta
6Take spoons of mixture and place on parchment, patting down to a biscuit shape with similar thickness throughout
7Bake for 7 - 10 minutes
8Remove from oven and leave to cool on a baking rack
